Our5sons Report post Posted October 23, 2012 This is my first post as I am a new member. Back to hunting after 25 year absence. My son got the hunting bug. First time i've been to 6A. We tried to find any whitetail last week around Stoneman Lake and Apache Maid with no success. I would desperately appreciate a push in the right direction. m77 Report post Posted October 24, 2012 Welcome New Member. My suggestion is to use this website to your advantage by using the search engine. Type in key words and find posts with information you are asking questions about. For example type "unit 6a". See what post pop up. Read them, study the photos for vegetation, terrain, mountain ranges, weapons used, scopes, packs, clothing, boots and use all that info to your advantage. Then search some more with key words found in those posts. Example like Clear Creek, Whitetail Tank, Moose Meadows. Just keep searching and putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Hope this helps.
