LuckyB Report post Posted October 15, 2012 300 Win Mag for sale...Model 70 about 10yrs or so old. This gun is in good condition and has not been used for a few years, only visible damage is a few rust specs and small scratches visible in the pictures. I should mention that this gun has jammed after being shot... Out of the last few boxes of ammo I ran through this gun I had a handfull of shells get stuck in the chamber after being fired, this happend after maybe the 4 or 5th round in a row...I would have to open the bolt and softly hit it back to open the bolt... There is no visible damage or reason for this that I can see (kept relatively clean, and never damaged, etc..) I have been told it might be because this particular gun has tight tolerances and the gun may not like the ammo... Anyway when it did it to me I of course procrastinated and had a hunt a week away so I went out and bought another gun on the off chance it would do it to me in the field....it has sat ever since...
