Becker Report post Posted October 8, 2012 Well elk season has been in full swing for awhile now. Here at AZWD we have actually had multiple cases of spoiled elk capes. I wanted to remind you all to keep your capes cool and dry. Whatever taxidermist you choose we all recommend the same things. Don't skimp around on ice. Leave prepared with extra ice and Ice chests. Plan ahead in case you are lucky enough to kill. Talk to your taxidermist for recommendations to keep your capes safe. We are more than happy to spend the time talking with you before hand. Whether its elk, deer, bears etc. be prepared. Don't be that guy scratching his head with a spoiled cape! Good luck to all those with tags to come!!!
