ZBAR Report post Posted October 3, 2012 My brother does. I've personally seen him take down two bulls with them. Both were pass thru's & neither elk went over 100 yards. I also killed a bull with the two blade stinger.
azhuntnut Report post Posted October 3, 2012 I started using the Stinger in 2005 on an elk hunt. I shot my bull and he went about 40 yards. I shot another elk at 67 yards a couple years ago and had a full pass through. He didn't make it 10 yards. My antelope shot last year at 50 was also a pass through and tipped over at about 40 yards. I also have 7 javelina within those years. A cut on contact head with a chisel tip takes less kinetic energy to penetrate. David
dcshorthairs Report post Posted October 3, 2012 Yep, and they are awesome. Seen some crazy blood trails with these broadheads. Cant go wrong with them. Mine also fly just about the same pattern as my field points.
