My Wife's First Speed Goat

My wife has recently been dealing with some pretty extreme medical issues and she was looking for a break. She told me she wanted to chase antelope around and I figured I could make that happen. A few phone calls later and she had a NM rifle antelope tag in her pocket. We made the trip to NM with my father and we were greated at the ranch by the ranch manager Tyler. We got settled in and headed out for a mid-morning hunt. After looking around we found a great buck and got within 320 yards of the buck. Nicole shot slightly low on the first shot but the buck ended up turning and running right to us and she hammered him at 90 yards. Nicole has turned into an amazing hunter and I am extremely proud of her. Her buck scored right at 80". I will post video later.

Congrats Nicole on a GREAT buck!!!!! You have a pretty good guide ( good job Brian) , but Im sure you could have done it on your own, its more fun with the fam. I am taking my Wife on her first hunt this fall. Again cangrats and take care....you need a pink sticker
