Ranch in coues country

Recommended Posts

I know this is not the right place to post this but I wanted to see if anybody knew of any ranches that may be for sale anywhere across the state around 5000 or above feet elevation bordering national Forest. I don't care about running cattle so I don't need a lease. Just hoping someone here knows an old rancher wanting to sell out.

Thanks jw

So you can block off access to the forest and keep the unwashed out. For $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Anybody answering with the land just added many $$$$$$$$$ to the price. LOL

I know an old rancher that owns 19 sections near New Mexico in Unit 27 that is considering selling. If you're truly interested, I could ask him for information.

My wife and I own some acreage that we'd like to sell. It overlooks the Kino Springs golf course near Nogales, and has Coues deer and javelinas on the property. It does not border forest land, however, and its elevation is only 3,880 feet, but it's a secluded site and the views from the higher portions of the property are beautiful. It should be worth a lot more in ten years than we're asking now. PM me if you want to know more.
