Polaris550 Report post Posted September 3, 2012 I have a nice water hole I have been prepping to sit on this upcoming Wednesday and Thursday. It has been getting hammered pretty good over the last couple weeks. However today I check my camera and deer count was down tons. It was obvious that since it rained deer are watering elsewhere. There were a few puddles on roads back there. Question is how long will it take about for all the rest of the water to dry? If not dry is it worth me still sitting in blind all day with deer count down so much? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
Flatlander Report post Posted September 3, 2012 The pools in the canyons where I hunt will probably hold water through the fall with the water that is in them now. Sorry it put a wrinkle in your plans.
