I spoke with my brother (GAME WARDEN) and he says that CC hits do not mean anything yet. They cannot just charge everyone at once. There are quite a few days in between for processing. gotcoues Report post Posted July 24, 2006 I've been reading your guys' posts for days and feeling all of the same emotions. On my card I had about 13 apps for myself and my kids and wife. No charges on my card I have been checking since friday. My archery bull and kaibab muley tag is on my partners card and he's been in Vegas with his phone off. I have been sick waiting to hear from him. Well he did get a message about the credit card charges. He finally called me back about an hour ago and thank you lord we are the proud owners of two Kaibab tags. I have gone seven years without a deer tag waiting for the mother of all deer tags. This is new...could be that I still have hope... I've got that on both my son's and my application pages, and I've only received one CC hit, so I don't know if it means much. I do know this much, I'm beyond frustrated at the lack of any kind of follow up to the temp authorization on my CC that's been sitting there for 4 days now with no actual charge. Making me nervous, and the rumors of accidental CC hits sits there just below the surface festering now. Already told my boy we were probably going elk hunting. Hope this isn't a cruel lesson in "don't count your chickens before they hatch". Some confirmation would be most welcome at this point. I'm guessing by 3 p.m. tomorrow results will be posted though and we'll know soon enough. They couldn't continue to torture us beyond tomorrow, could they????
