We just drove in from Colorado and we made a stop in Unit 9 to check on the conditions for the upcoming Arizona archery elk season. Things look very green and every tank we checked had water! We found this bull already completely rubbed. More to come!838693349566457000-4354082944059762734?l=jayscottoutdoors.blogspot.com

That looks like one of the "local" bulls that eats my wifes flowers here in Tusayan......

The grass is amazing right now. I was out by the 10X ranch on FR 302 wednesday and there must have been 70 cows.

We got a little rain last night, this morning it looks like south of town is going to get it again. The west side has been pounded with rain.

sagebrush- What is funny is that I have a jeep tour pulling up on his PA system saying, "Please stay inside the vehicle this is a wild animal!" His buddy still had full velvet but this guy was rubbed. I reckon in a couple of weeks he will not be as docile! Excitement is building for the upcoming fall elk, deer, antelope and sheep seasons! Good Huntin' to all who have tags.

What do u think that bull scores?

310-325? I'm probably off, just wanted to wager a guess and see if I'm at all close, I love "guess the score" games!!!! Looks like a young bull to me with sweet tops, gonna be a toad a couple years!!
