I have one and it is ridiculous, we call it the Fred Flinstone car because you have to pedal it to speed up. I use it as a commuter because I have HOV lane plates which are worth more to me than the car. Return buyer for a hybrid is around 30% so they aren't nearly as successful as people are led to believe.

 

A lot of good info on the list but I did catch a few that are skewed to make a point. The issue of less funding per student is not due to less funding but to a lot more students and the fact that anyone can get into college now. A few others like that where they are only telling part of the story.
