azpackhorse Report post Posted July 15, 2006 Anyone from here going to the NRA banquet tonight (15th) or the RMEF banquet on August 5th in Tucson? The company I work for is a sponsor of the RMEF banquet so if anyone goes you get to see my ugly mug on the program.
SunDevil Report post Posted July 18, 2006 NRA? I am still a little ticked at that group for what they pulled during the whole Jennifer Martin appointment!
coueshunter Report post Posted July 18, 2006 Sundevil said it right. I am not really sure what the NRA stands for after all the mudslinging during and after the Jennifer Martin issue. NRA seems somewhat out of touch with the regular members or at least their message is not totally clear to me..............Allen Taylor...........
azpackhorse Report post Posted July 18, 2006 I agree, anytime you mix in politics unfortunately that is what you're gonna get. It is my belief that the NRA is the biggest defender of our 2nd ammendment though and if it were not for them and thier politicians this country would be in serious trouble when it came to civilian firearm ownership. I've never been big on politics nor politicians but in this day and age they are a necessity...................unfortunately. so..........................anyone going to the RMEF banquet 8/5?
