CEI Report post Posted July 31, 2012 If you have any stories or pictures that you might want to be published in next year's Arizona Hunting Edition, please feel free to get a hold of us. All outside story submissions must be Arizona UnGuided Stories. We are also looking for Colorado Stories, but we were not sure how many of you have been hunting up there. Anyways, if you have a recent story or find yourself successful this fall, please feel free to call us or email us. 877.842.1258 info@outdoorsmansresourceguide.com
elkhunter Report post Posted July 31, 2012 What about stories that are a few years old?
CEI Report post Posted July 31, 2012 We will look at them. We prefer to publish stories that have taken place over the past 3 years, unless it's something really old or interesting.
couesdiehard Report post Posted July 31, 2012 CEI, First of all let me say recently received my digital and print copies of the Outdoorsman's Resource Guide and really like them both. Secondly, what kind of deadline do you have for stories to be submitted for next year's AZ edition? Lee
CEI Report post Posted July 31, 2012 Lee, We take story submissions 365 days a year. We decide on what stories to publish around March. If it is a great story you will be informed prior to March. We try and pack the Annual State Issues with at least 15 UnGuided reader story submissions. Rough draft stories should be around 1,500 words (plus or minus 500). We would also like to do hunter bios on our website for each reader story submission and additional images. We are glad you liked the 2012 Arizona Hunting Edition. We appreciate the feeback and we are looking forward to putting out a BETTER product each and every year. Thanks,
