COOSEFAN Report post Posted July 13, 2006 I was going through some videos from last year and snapped off some pics. This is a bull that a buddy, Jason Scott, filmed with a client. Jason called this monster in to less than 20 yrds and the client didn't draw back in time!!!!!!!!! He had passed up ALOT of bulls, all on tape, waiting for this one, and I guarantee he'll draw sooner next time! Thanks, JIM>
hunterdude Report post Posted July 13, 2006 That was a tough lesson to learn! But I know he will remember that one. Just wondering, " Could he hear school bells ringing"? Cause I know I would have!
runningbird Report post Posted July 13, 2006 I have had that happen to me. it's terrible I was calling by myself and this beautifull bull just came trotting in. I was just stuck, didn't know if I should chance drawing or not. lesson learned! it still was an awsome experience.

COOSEFAN Report post Posted July 14, 2006 Yeah, I'm sure the school bells were ringing! I know for a fact my buddies worked their butt's off on that hunt and was amazing to watch (and heartbreaking at times). This opportunity happened during a last ditch effort at the end of the hunt and everything was perfect, well...almost everything. The hunter was still very happy just to have experienced it all, which was awesome, because I know I would still be seeing a counselor twice a week if it happened to me! BTW...this was "over the shoulder" video! The hunter is a little closer and just to the left! I tried to snap a pic where you can see the left antler better, but the bull takes off too fast, it is a 6 but is bigger than the 7 side you can see, he was/is a TOAD!
