I did my 16th robin hood this evening. :) This one was from 40 yards out. Gets kind of expensive, but I save them all. All I need now is that 380 bull in range. B)

Congrats. Ive broke a few nocks but never a robin hood. Though i try almost every night.

I did the same at 40 yards. It's pretty cool. And I can see how it could get expensive. Nice shot!

Great shooting! Good luck on your hunt! I understand from a taxidermist up there that while your unit has a lot of potential every year,only a few bulls in the 380 and up range are taken. Just had a big swig of beer.....Heres to you wrapping your tag around one of those elusive giants!!!!

That's cool. Done that a few times.. now I really don't shoot more than 2 arrows at one spot! It starts to add up. don't know how many fletchings I had to get fixed also

+1 I've done it only once myself at 30 yrds so when my groups are tight I move to different spot.

it is dam expensive, but worth it to know your deadly out to 40 yards look out

You said it, they're neat, but expensive. I've hit 4 myself, but now shoot at different spots if I'm closer than 40.
