Tripod head for rifle railz

Howdy been workin a new setup for the rifle. Currently the tripod head bogen manfrotto 700rc2 is not strong enough to hold the rifle level and steady, it keeps creeping downwards

 

Do you use rifle railz and what type tripod head do you use succesfully? I am looking at bogen m. 701 hdv but it seems a little on the weak side And also looking at bogen manfrotto 501 Hdv which looks to be the best option

I have the 701 HDV with the Claw. It seems stout enough and the larger plate is more secure in the head than with the 700rc2.
