My friend had a mishap with his off road rig and is looking for a toyota 4 runner body. If you have one or know of one for cheap or trade please send a pm.

4runners hold value even if not running. Getting a body alone won't cost much less than a runner that works. It would probably just be a buy another one and swap the parts situation. Have him check t4r.org or yotatech. Otherwise it's just a craigslist search. Sorry for his pain, I love my runner.

It has a Chevy 4.3L V6 and dual transfer cases with lockers. Quarter panles and hood definatley.

Easier to swap bodies then! The transfer cases are no big deal but the motor swap is.

Finding an '88 or '89 with 3.Slow and blown head gaskets will be the best bet for a body...

 

Though I'd NEVER own a 2 door runner again.

 

I'd drop the 15 bills on a formula chassis and rock on.
