From what I can pull up on the AZ legislature website it looks like it passed, but I don't know how any of that stuff works. http://www.azleg.state.az.us/DocumentsForB...x=26&image.y=4# While I was searching for it I pulled up a link to the sierra club and they opposed it because they said it had strings attached for pet projects. wetmule Report post Posted June 29, 2006 Keith, It did pass and I believe they allocated 3 1/2 million dollars for those five projects, which could turn into 7 - 10 million in matching funds. It did pass--they originally wanted to give 10.5 million but there were strings attached--this 3.5 has no strings attached and the department can do what they want with it.
