If you applied online then the $7.50 is immediately charged upon checking out and you would have received an email with your receipt, you will then see the debit on your account for the remaining balance of the tag IF you are drawn. lonne Report post Posted June 26, 2012 Makes sense...not sure why I did not realize this earlier, as usually they refund your money shortly after you are not drawn...guess your email got me excited about the draw results and I forgot how it usually works, as the draw results should be coming out soon.
