dtresca Report post Posted June 20, 2012 I'm sure this isn't anything new to a lot of you, but Vortex's warranty is amazing. I was recently given a used Diamondback 4-12x40 AO riflescope from my father-in-law. This by itself was an awesome gesture. However, upon closer inspection I noticed some pretty significant dents in the tube due to over-tightening of the scope rings. So I thought, hey, I'll just give Vortex a call. Sure enough, their service department told me to send it in. Exactly a week to the day that I sent it out I came home today to a brand new, in-the-box, scope. Wow. Talk about a quick turnaround.
