First Lion on cam and few bears

I finally was able to get out and check my camera after 2 1/2 months yesterday. On the way in I hear some noises but I dont see anything. I keep walking and hear the scratching noise again and I see this little bear cub climbing the tree about 30 yds from me. The only thing I'm thinking is "where is the momma bear". Never saw her. The cub comes down the tree faster than I ever seen before and hits the ground running the opposite direction. The rest of the hike in I'm worried about running into this cub and the momma so every noise I heard my head was on a swivel. Here's a few pics from the camera.
