Dodger2 Report post Posted June 15, 2006 For deer, all coues: 33, 32, 29 (November), and 29 (October). I never have done a 4th choice until a couple of years ago and got that draw. For elk, all archery bull 5b-N, 7W, 11M. I quit applying for antelope here and now go to Wyoming. Maybe I'll start again, but I keep putting in for archery hunts and don't get drawn and my first time applying in Wyoming I pulled a buck tag, and looking at the fee structure for next year, it won't cost that much more than a tag here. And left the antelope choices up to him. Sheep in my backyard 24B and then unit 41 DB, 39E is UGGGGLY. Dinker rams only. Even the "big ones" are packing 13 inch bases and 32 inch horns... Kilimanjaro Report post Posted June 15, 2006 I just put in for deer this year and put in for bonus points for elk, sheep, and pronghorn.. gonna be strapped for time off after the Africa trip and then on top of that, I have to be in a wedding in Mexico City on Nov 3rd (thats another week off) and I would have to jump off a cliff if in the unlikely event that I drew an elk rut rifle hunt or a sheep hunt with no time off to take full advantage of it! With that said, we are banking on just being able to hunt cola blancas for a few days in Nov!! Our deer plans are.. 1. Dec. 36c 2. Nov. 36c 3. Nov
