naturegirl Report post Posted May 14, 2012 husband is up hunting this weekend. they are gobbling again after they shut down last Sunday. not sure if it was the weather front that came in last week that shut them down. its about 7000' where we hunt. he's going back out in am and hopefully he will get lucky. Came back to Phx. for mothers day and going back up north Tues. eve, so will see what the turkeys are up to at that point. Everyone keep the updates comeing, some of us are still trying! Sun. morning they were gobbling back like crazy from 5:00 am-7:15. My hunting partner headed up there agin this morning and reported back that they are at it again today.
