On the main page of this site if you scrow down you will find the Joe and Marrisa Cerreta photos, click on to page 9 and look at the 5th photo...Looks like the buck closest to the cam has been maybe shot on the top part of his back  What do you guys and gals think? I noticed it after I set this pic as my screen background. But then again it could just be from a lion <_<

If that is what you are looking at it is very hard to tell, it almost looks like the top of one of the stalks has something on it, when you zoom in it distorts it so I don't know. As far as peta goes if this was a wounded deer and it wasn't recovered it looks awful healthy to me and appears to be doing just fine.

It does look like a deep gash in the photo. Although I do think that a shot like that would have taken it's toll quickly on a deer and killed it off. It also could be a leaf on that tree, but there arn't any other leaves anywhere else to try and compare it to.

I think I see what you're referring to, but I hardly see it as peta ammo. I honestly think that peta has plenty of ammo already (with the propoganda they spread around...), and the likelihood of them digging into this site and actually seeing that, then exploiting it, is WAY low IMO. I just don't see it happening personally.

Except now that you've pointed it out to them (just kidding... ). :)

that deer looks way too healthy, I think that is on the bush in front of it.
