DUG Report post Posted May 5, 2012 They should fix it for free and will take 1 to 2 weeks usually.
verdehunter Report post Posted May 5, 2012 Why not call them directly and ask. They'll be able to tell you better than anybody.
azmetalman Report post Posted May 5, 2012 Advice from DUG and Verde Hunter is correct. My hunting partner has a very old pair of 10 x 40 Leopold binoculars that decided not to focus properly. He called Leopold Customer Service and described the situation. They told him where to send the binoculars. The repair took 3 weeks. Good as new and no charge. He said they were courteous and eager to help.

Couzer Report post Posted May 6, 2012 I have had some old scopes that I sent in and no questions asked they fixed 2 of them and the other was so old they called and asked if I would like to replace it with a newer model which they did! Great customer service! I did call first to let them know they were coming.
oz31p Report post Posted May 6, 2012 I have no idea about their warranty. After years of beating the crap out of a few of their scopes, I still have no experience with Leupolds warranty dept.
