Big Browns Report post Posted April 10, 2012 I'm happy to say I finally got drawn for Elk. I got my second choice of 22 South Rifle Bull. I know the area pretty good so I'm not looking for honey holes. I would love to hear from anyone who has had that tag in the last couple of years. How was the hunt? What were some of the pro's and con's of that hunt? What quality of Bulls should I expect to see? I know the South area can have some really nice Bull's, but a lot of that depends on the weather. AZ_XL7 Report post Posted April 10, 2012 I killed a bull there in 2010. I believe he was the last one that I know of. Lol Only advise I can yield is scout and look high.
