az4life Report post Posted May 22, 2006 I met a few guys this weekend who have this "sport" down to a science. People just look at them, and laugh at them but if it works, how can you argue with it? az4life Report post Posted June 2, 2006 Surprised no one bit on this.... anyway it could be something usefull in coues hunting. These guys have quads with sliouettes of Cows mounted on the front of them and shooting tables that fold out from the side. they drive out toward prairie dog town and play some cow sounds on the varmint caller and they can get right downtown in with them dogs before they know what hits em. Chef Report post Posted June 2, 2006 That is very interesting. There is a coues video (I think) that has some bighorn hunting tactics and footage. Anywhoo, they archery hunt the rams and can get by without alarming the sheep by carrying a white "flag" as they crouch and walk along. Whatever works! heck, I step in cow patties to cover up scent, have a turkey diaphram call in my mouth while deer hunting, all to cover up who & what am! Guess I just need to wear a cowbell!
