bowhuntaz1 Report post Posted April 8, 2012 A year ago this past Christmas, I was lucky enough that Santa (mom&dad) gave me a pair of Redhead 10x42's. I have used them and used them alot. Last week while looking through them, I noticed that the right side was just a little higher than the left while looking through them. This was causing me a headache. I stopped by Basspro after work today and talked to Optics (Zach) and Customer Service (Joshua).I told them I wanted them fixed.I also told them that they were a gift over a year ago. 10 minutes later I was walking out the door with a new pair at no charge!!!
