Funny thing is, one of the members here got charged for 4 elk tags, and only applied for 2.

Makes you wonder huh

Because this is a pending transaction, the final amount may change.

If a pending transaction appears twice, it doesn't indicate that your account will be billed twice. The actual amount

you spent will appear when it posts to your account within five (5) business days.

Wonder lf it is true. My Cabelas card numbers somehow got stolen and a bunch of charges started appearing on my card. The charges started appearing on the 4th of April. This is the same card that I used for applying for my permits. Consequently they had to close my account. Just wondering because someone was able to get the numbers.

I did get charged for 4 elk tags, then two days later, the charges ware reversed.... I was excited, then the big let down... Crazy thing was, my son and I were the only ones who put in, so why the 4 charges? And now none?

My cars got hit on the 5th for 114.00 and still pending which is normal for my credit card but better turn to a transition Monday. All this talk is getting me worried.

my pending $114 charge posted yesterday

I hope this is not true. But, way too many people I know had their cards hit! Either everyone I know is going goat and elk hunting, or something is up???

It does seem that way but if you take everyone you know or even just members of this site that were successfully charged by AZGFD and then figure the percentage they represent for the total it falls right inline with total applicants vs. successful applicants.

I think with the expanding exsposure that the internet provides that it gives a false sense of success, especially since it is our nature to focus on it.
