My son and I got hit late Friday for elk, but lots of friends and family haven't been hit and they are starting to panic a little Anyone have a charge today? Of the hundreds of people I know that applied online, I know a hand full that have NOT gotten hits on their cards. azcoues Report post Posted April 3, 2012 Myself noticed a large number of people that got hit on credit cards,and i wouldnt put it past game and fish doin like a 60 to 70% success rate for people that applied via credit card as it makes it alot easier on them not having to deal with checks and money orders,maybe they are tryin to let the public know in a certain way for in the future the majority put in for the draw using credit cards,just my thinking tho,dont know if that is even a possible scenario or not. There is no way that could happen the draw is done randomly by computer. I guarantee as soon as results are posted the people that did the paper apps will be on here either happy or bummed. I am sure alot more people applied this year cuz they didn't have to front all that money. The online process is alot easier, but I wish they would have kept the paper apps there would be less people applying. Huntn coues Report post Posted April 3, 2012 I will call today.. I think you will be surprised on the ammount of people who put in when its a online year. Its about the same eitherway. At least that's what I found out a few years ago when I spoke with them. We went over several years of paper vs online draws (total apps) and they were pretty much dead nut the same.
