On the lake at 9am and off at 2pm. 20 nice slap Crappie and one LM bass that went 5lbs. Nice day on the lake before wind started picking up. Cant wait to get back. I was suprised to see so many boats on the water.

Congratulations on all your crappies but you can't tease us here like that without pictures! :angry:

Sorry just have pic of the bass but didnt post. The Crappie are right on the bank with more stagged in the mouth of the coves. Alot of people were catching them out floating in the middle of the lake also.

Nice job! My dad and I were there yesterday too. Basically same report as you. All fish caught shallow on two inch grubs.

Headed to San Carlos again sat. Can't wait. It's hot for crappie right now. Say hi if you see me in the green and white Nitro.

Good luck Will. My dad has been there the last two days and the fishing is a lot slower than this past weekend. This past cold front really slowed them down. It did pick up some yesterday though. I'm going to be there Sunday. I'll give it a couple more days for the crappie to move back in.
