James You can put in for the draw on-line, you can purchase most licenses on-line, re-new your boat/pwc registration. They have expanded their GIS data with the following offerings; http://habimap.org/ http://gis.azgfd.gov/fishandboat/ Technology should be solution based on a "problem statement," not investing in technology looking for a problem.
