Red Rabbit Report post Posted February 28, 2012 Last weekend was the second annual hot air balloon event at Monument Valley. They were able to launch Friday and Saturday mornings, but it was too windy Sunday. Over a dozen balloons were in the air for about two hours each morning. It must be a nice perspective to float over the valley. Red Rabbit Report post Posted February 28, 2012 Thanks. I think it would be a nice experience to go up in one of the balloons over Monument Valley. Can't think of too many other places that would be so scenic.

stanley Report post Posted February 28, 2012 Very awesome pics, Doug! A guy who works for me is actually a Hot Air Balloon pilot. He often flies in this event, but didn't make it this year. He flies in 4-6 events per year, and often comes back with some great pics! Thanks for sharing! S.
