Be careful what you ask for, you might get it. The rule of unintended consequences will apply here. Example, since you will have to pay to use the restrooms and wont have to pay to use the forest for the same purpose then what will people do? Either taxes will have to go up for everyone or amenities will disappear or both.

I agree with DesertBull you should not have to pay to access the National Forest. The USFS has a 2012 budget of over $5 billion, if that is not enough maybe they need to cut some fat out of the back offices.

Exactly right! I bet they could get rid of 20% of the work force and still get the job done. Trim the fat!
