how many coues can you see?

2 o'clock from the buck, fawn is coming in from the front of the doe, you can see it's head under her and the white butt below her chin, probably has a "happy tail" from getting a little nana.

i see deer with its right rear leg raised - but no fawn - oh well no biggy - fawns shoulda been already weaned - fawning season in july / august! I doubt 7 month old fawns suckle but i could be wrong !

Well I took the pic and don't remember a nursing fawn but most of my attention was on the buck, lol. I thought there were only 6 but now I am not sure.

11 o'clock from the doe with her head sticking out of a bush there's an agave. Doe bedded next to the agave on the right in the shade.

I don't think there is a fawn either. I think that deer is walking. The white patch is the underarm of it's right front leg. I think that deer is actually a fawn from this past summer which would make it about 7-8 months old and it wouldn't have a fawn yet.
