Went to the banquet last night. Met a couple of members. I had the chance to talk to Amanda for awhile. Bought to blitz tickets's They called my number the second time. Ended up taking the 15x56's. Thought it would be good to have a back up pair and some for my boys when they get responsible enough to use them.

I was there for a brief time with my wife. Unfortunately we had another commitment that we had to get to, so we could only stay a couple of hours. Seemed like things went pretty well. Congrats on the 15x56s!

How did it go at your table Amanda? Any other winners? Sorry Tracy and I didn't get much time to stop by and visit, but I'm glad you got a chance to meet her anyway.

Hope some other CW regulars made out OK in the drawings & auction.

:P

PS: Amanda, I missed the chair auction. Do you know how much it went for? Curious...

Stan,

I didn't see what the chair went for.

The CouesWhitetail.com table got skunked with regard to winning any raffle items. But we only bought a few tickets, so maybe we needed to loosen up our wallets in order to get some return....

Another CW.com'er who was there at a different table won a really nice rifle. If I remember right it was a .300 weatherby vanguard and he said it was exactly the rifle who has been wanting for quite awhile.

Congratulations to everyone who went home with something!

It was great meeting all the CW.com'ers at the banquet!

Amanda

I was the lucky winner of that rifle... It was a weatherby vanguard in .300 win mag... Exactly the caliber I have been interested in for a while... It is an awesome rifle, my wife will be picking it up in the morning, I can't wait...

It was nice to meet you Amanda...

I was there at the table and enjoyed meeting other members....got skunked in the drawings again this year...my wife thought the wallet was loose enough but I will try harder next year. I even bought a bunch of the blizt tickets until the 15's went but I am happy they went to a member. I did go home with a nice set of ATV ramps that I bought from Desertbull..thanks.
