bonecollector Report post Posted January 29, 2012 Trying to decide if I want to buy the Covert Special Ops trail cam and I am curious if anybody here has tried it out yet. If you have what cell service provider do you have? How do you like? Thanks for any feedback.

If you have what cell service provider do you have? How do you like? Thanks for any feedback. It uses GSM. If you google it, you can find sites that identify which cell providers use GSM. Unfortunately not Verizon, otherwise I would use for scouting and home security.

So you are using the special ops camera with a prepaid plan from a compatible cell service provider. Great idea, let us know if it works. Thanks

bonecollector Report post Posted February 9, 2012 Definately let us know how it works out. With gas prices on the rise it might be worth getting it if it works. Thanks

Couescrazy33 Report post Posted February 25, 2012 Prepaid tmobile text only plan is the only one I could find for mine! It's 15.00 a month! Works good but not out in the back country where there is no service! Close to towns would b ur best bet! However it's nice to sit at home and get a picture text message bout what's there at ur spot.
