Phil Carr Report post Posted January 26, 2012 I found a black case in the middle of the road at 7:15 AM today at the intersestion of KOLB / 22nd in Tucson. Still no luck. you are a good guy...i dont know you but that is good to know that there are still good people out there. i left a cell phone in a restroom at the mall and was gone for no more than 5 mins and it was gone...i went to the lost and found and someone turned it in. people like that are few. hopefully who it belongs to gets it back to them....if not good job!
