COUESAZ Report post Posted January 23, 2012 Well i have posted that we were looking to buy a home in the thatcher area in the past. I am looking at buying a company that is in the thatcher area. It is a service type company and we will cover from superior to duncan and from morenci down as far as i want to expand. first off we would love to buy a home but we may just need to rent or lease with an option to buy if we found the right place for now. we need no less then three bedrooms and two baths but a 4 bedroom would be best. we have four children but the extra room would be a good home office. my wife also is a very well known pre school teacher in the mesa area and has done that out of our home for the last few years. im sure she will try and start that again in the thatcher area. so a living room with family room would be best but not a breaking point either way.the company i am buying has been established for the last four years and i have already started booking new clients for when i take over the company so we are excited to get in and start running with it. Ad-Hunter Report post Posted January 27, 2012 I live south of Safford in thunderbird estates there are a couple of pretty big two story houses out this way for sale not sure if any are for rent.
