HEADACHE Report post Posted March 24, 2006 Well you won't win anythin, but it might be fun to try. Here are some better pics of the sheds I found. Best I ever found! I'm tickled! I took a tape to them and plugged the numbers into the Boone and Crockett site, but I am no official scorer thats for sure. I would have to guess at outside and inside and tip-to-tip numbers? Anyone have a guess for those??? Anyone able to guess close what these might have scored if they would have been on a kill? Ballpark is good enough for me, I kinda want to get the feel for it. Josh told me to always skyline them for good pictures. Here is something close.

Give it your best guess.
Noel Arnold Report post Posted March 24, 2006 I will say350 to 360 with a 35 to 40 inch inside spread. Noel

dds Report post Posted March 24, 2006 Nice set, congrats! I would guess: R = 145 L = 143 Total = 288 w/o spread
azhuntnut Report post Posted March 24, 2006 300-310 gross. Its hard to say what the spread would have been. Maybe 36-40 inches. David
TREESTANDMAN Report post Posted March 24, 2006 I think this bull is a 360-370ish bull.
HEADACHE Report post Posted March 24, 2006 I really don't know how the 3 spread numbers factor into the total score?? I set them on the ground and made them look about right to me and went from there it seemed to look right around @ 38 inches. We roughly measured the main beam length, 4 circumferences, and tine length and came up with around 178+182=360. . . . how does spread factor in ???? The website scored it like 340 or something after deductions??? But again. . . . I'm not sure I measure correctly. . . . I'm so green and learning.
Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted March 25, 2006 It is tough on the pics....but i guess 335ish. Might be conservative.... but my gut says 335+ and not over 345. Good find though....
bowhuntinmaniac Report post Posted March 25, 2006 I would say in the area of 340, not enough tine length to be much more.
azhuntnut Report post Posted March 25, 2006 340 seems a little high for that set, but its hard to tell from just a picture. I will post a picture of mine that score in the high 370's to show the difference. David
azhuntnut Report post Posted March 25, 2006 The pics aren't great, but you can get the idea of what a 377+ bull looks like. The main beams are a little over 52 inches. Take a guess at the fronts. David
Bustin Bucks Report post Posted March 29, 2006 I think around a 320 bull gross with a 35 inch spread.
