PLEASE HELP - LOST BINOCULARS !!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

PLEASE HELP !!! PLEASE HELP !!! PLEASE HELP !!!

On January 12th I lost my Swarovski 15x56's in Unit 24B. I didn't realize they were lost until I needed them on January 15th. I went back to the same area on the 15th and retraced my steps, but could not find them.

If anyone finds them please call (480)518-3549. I have the serial number and can positively identify them.

Also, please forward this post to your friends and any other outdoor forum you can think of.

Thank you!

I'd rather not post the location yet. I plan on going back out to take another look. Thanks for reading the post.

It is hard for me to imagine the pain and frustration you must be feeling. Hope you find them before someone else does.

i was in 24b on the 15th, sorry didnt see them. on a brighter note i lost the tripod adapter for my leica's the week before and had no clue where i lost them, miracously i pulled up to one of the spots i glassed from and there it was burried in the dirt. so theres always a chance, good luck.

Well I went back out yesterday and searched again, but no luck. :( I was in a fairly popular area (hunting, hiking, off-raoding, horseback riding) and think they were picked up already. Can anyone recommend some other forums for me to check or put a post on in reference to hiking, off-roading or horseback riding.

Also, I will give the finder a cash reward; no questions asked. If the finder tells me he/she read my plea for help on this site, I will match that amount with a donation to Cousewhitetail.com.

Thanks for reading!

Welcome to public land hunting sir. All you can do is pick up cans when you find them, and try to get up earlier and go in farther than the knuckleheads.

And I am completely against shooting at unsuspecting game also. A quick "look out!!!" before I shoot is the norm for me, and I find it really levels the playing field. Good on you for being against the whole "being sneaky" thing also. That's for rookies.

i've been bowhunting 24b and 22 this month and 24b lately, i was in the woodbury, rogers trough area, but if you don't post the general area where you were is going to be hard to find.

Yeah, I understand what you are saying about being more specific on the location....I was just hoping they would be found and turned in, as opposed to someone going out to strictly look for them. I know there's a lot of good people out there that would do the right thing, but this is a popular area with a lot of traffic. So being more specific at this time could either help me or hurt me. Maybe after the season I'll elaborate on the area.

Thanks again for reading!

While searching various websites for my missing binoculars, I came across the attached Craigslist posting from Northern Arizona. I called the poster because his add said he contacted Swarovski for assistance with his lost binos. We got to talking and I told him about my situation and this post on CWT. He asked me if I would help him out by letting the CWT audience know about his lost binos as well. I told him I would, so please check out the attached Craigslist link. Thanks.
