Need Tucson gun smith.

Recommended Posts

My brother in Benson is looking for a good gun smith in the Tucson area. He drives to Tucson for work every day so anyone that knows of one let me know. Thanks.

I didn't know Joe Reid (referenced in Scoutm's link) was back at Lawson's. He is indeed a first-rate gunsmith. So is Frank Wells, who works part-time at 2nd Amendment Sports, or at least did last I knew. At either of these places you might not get the gunsmith of your choice, but I'm reasonably confident you'll get good service anyway.

I had my Mod. 70 in 2nd amend. for a trigger job. They did a great job, completed ahead af schedule, for a good price. I'd go back.

Was that Mod 70 a newer FN made model or older one? I want my trigger dropped to about 2.5 lbs but none of the ones I talked to would go below the factory adjustable mark, which sucks. Interested in this post as well.
