Aguaje del Taraisito Ranch Report post Posted December 15, 2011 The ranch has been in my family for around 100 years, the first owners of it were my dad grandparents, next my grandparents, next my dad and finally me. At the very first years we only had a third part of what the ranch is now, but as time passed my dad started to acquir more land and doing changes make it improve. He always dedicated to cattle briding. On my free time i always helped my dad as much as i could and then when i finished my career as bachelor of law, i satarted to dedicate full time to the ranch. In 2000 i started to bring hunters by a mexican outfitter, later in 2005 i broght the hunters myself, that´s how i started to do hunting in the ranch. So far im really happy with the hunters that have been in the ranch and always try to make it better each year. Here are some pictures from the ranch: The House of the ranch Way to the sierra of the ranch Represo de las canteritas Buck of 112 points deer in the bottom of the picture on the left side deer in the middle of the picture cochis jabali in the left side and right

Chef Report post Posted December 16, 2011 I can attest to the hospitality offered by Justo and his family. One just feels relaxed and comfortable when on the ranch. Great views of the mountain ranges, a large population of coues deer, with the opportunity to see one for the books. That's what I'll be looking for down there this year! Mexico still has it's charm and wonderful culture. By the way, my signature photo was taken from a glassing position on this ranch!
peloncillo Report post Posted December 17, 2011 Justo, Did you have a good year for water on your ranch ? Hopefully your cattle and deer will all be very big and healthy. Have you seen any lions or lion killed bucks? I am very excited to be coming down there again and seeing you. Keven
Coach Report post Posted December 17, 2011 Man you guys have me drooling for a Mexico hunt. Two things I have to do before I kick the bucket are hunting Coues or muleys in Mexico and bass fishing in Mexico. The way things are, I just can't get the wifey on board. She thinks I'll end up one of those hostages, or just disappear down there, lol. I actually have the opportunity to go there this year for an unreal price on a great ranch, but I just don't think I can make it happen. Boo hoo, and for all you guys lucky enough to hunt down there, my hat is off to you.
