bullwidgeon Report post Posted March 1, 2006 My grandfather struck back on the last morning of the HAM hunt. He got this one out of the same herd I got mine out of a week before. We had my little cousins with us being the master guides on this trip. We managed to catch the hogs before they brushed up in the 20 foot tall catclaw thicket, too bad I couldn't have got mine that way, I am still removing thorns from places where there shouldn't be thorns Bret M. CouesWhitetail Report post Posted March 1, 2006 Nice javelinas!! And finding a herd of 30+ is good news. I haven't seen a herd that big in years! You must have had a great spot to hunt. Amanda
