elkiny Report post Posted November 11, 2011 A former employee of the Arizona Game and Fish Department has been arrested, suspected of trying a lure a young girl for sex in the Verde Valley. Yavapai County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested Travis Foster, 45, at his Payson home on Oct. 27. He faces charges of luring a minor for sex and an aggravated charge of luring a minor for sex. Detectives allege that Foster initiated conversations in a computer chat room with a female he believed to be 13. YCSO had been monitoring that and other chat rooms since August. They claim Foster explicitly described sex acts he wished to perform with the girl. They also allege he exposed his genitals to her over the live webcam more than once. The chats reportedly evolved into a specific plan to meet in a Verde Valley park on Oct. 26. Detectives watched the area, did not initially see anyone, but then saw a man getting into an Arizona Game & Fish vehicle. When they had the vehicle pulled over, the driver was identified as Travis Foster, a Game & Fish employee on duty in an official department vehicle. Detectives let him go on his way but took the information provided during the stop to compare with chat room investigation. They determined that Foster's driver's license matched the man performing solo sex acts on the webcam. The next day, detectives found Foster at his home and arrested him. He was booked at the Gila County Jail. He posted $25,000 bond and was released pending court action. According to Tom Cadden, public information officer for the Phoenix office of Arizona Game and Fish, Foster was immediately put on administrative leave and he subsequently resigned from the agency. Anyone know of this predator?

Coach Report post Posted November 12, 2011 Yikes, innocent until proven guilty, but it sounds like they've got a lot of evidence in this case. What are these guys thinking??? We've all seen "To Catch a Predator" and every time these guys act totally surprised. And of course they all say the same thing - "Really, this is the first time I've ever done something like this..."...Yeah, right...
