CouesWhitetail Report post Posted February 16, 2006 Hi guys, There is an important issue that everyone should take some time to comment on. The BLM is proposing some changes to what types of activities are allowed in parts of the national monuments that it manages. Basically the AGFD and ADA have strong concerns about whether we will be able to do basic wildlife management/habitat improvements on the monuments. I can't list all the details here, but there is an excellent article by Kevin Harris (aka Wetmule) summarizing the BLM proposal on the ADA website. Please go read the article and if you feel it's important, send some comments as soon as you can. The article gives contact info for where to send comments. This is very time sensitive, so don't delay. Here is a link to the article: AZ Strip article Amanda
