AZ Unit 8 December Late Rife Bull Elk Hunt

Any tips on where bulls are hanging out in Unit 8 for the late rifle bull hunt? I am familiar with the area-have hunted cow elk and deer a few seasons. This year, though, I have been busy hunting deer elsewhere and haven't been able to scout like I would like. Anything would help and thanks!
