advice for a dec. muzzloader 35a (mulley)

I have a dec. muzzleloader hunt in 35a i would like to hunt muleys.Any advice on a starting point. i was thinking cenello hills. thanks for your time

I had that hunt last year. Try looking near Elgin in the Mustangs or the back side of the Huachuas near the border. The San rafael valley is also a nice to glass but there is lots of private ranches in there.

The mule deer are not real plentiful but some are really big. My nephew killed the SCI World Record Non-Typical 244 2/8" there a few years ago and he and his brother have killed a few 180+ over the past few years.
