Red Rabbit Report post Posted October 23, 2011 The end of October is when the maples of West Fork of Oak Creek Canyon turn vibrant yellow and red. There is a long pool about two hours up the canyon that I wanted to take a sunrise image. Spent about an hour taking various compositions, and then explored the rest of the canyon through evening before hiking out by headlamp again. The maples are at peak color right now.
