ADDICT Report post Posted October 23, 2011 After glassing for a few hours this buck popped on our smae ridge about 150 yds straight below us. We were scrambling to get set up on him and he looked like he was going to bust any second so my brother leaned against a tree and tried to sneak one through him......FRRRRRRRT! He looked like he was really webbed and palmated. Is it just me or was the body on this deer huge?

Catfish Hobo Report post Posted October 24, 2011 Look like a great buck, possibly some buck fever. The spotter seemed pretty hyped up about the deer excitement is contagious. Good thing is you taught him good he should be there next year.

Jimmer Negamanee Report post Posted October 26, 2011 Beautiful buck! On the bright side (but maybe it's too soon for the "bright side"), it was a clean miss and the "How'd you miss him?" story will provide campfire fodder for a long time to come.
