The problem with setting a price for the Gilchrist book is that there are only nine others from this very special edition anywhere in the world, and not one of those nine is offered for sale anywhere that I can find. The regular deluxe edition sold for $150.00 each in 1989, I've learned. Hard telling what my book's price was, but I know it's worth at least what I'm asking, maybe more. Shipping included to CONUS.
